Chess Meals at Pruitt Library

Saturday Chess meals will not be available July or August. Please check back for updates.

However, online chess rooms are still open!

Rackspace and the Molly Pruitt Public Library have partnered together to bring chess to the Pruitt community!

Try out lessons online and flex your skills in fierce and friendly competitions with other players from Pruitt in our online chess rooms.

Teen Volunteers Needed

Pruitt and other branch libraries need teen volunteers!

14-18 year old volunteers may fill out an application on line at any time.

Pruitt Library's Current Service Hours

Tuesday Hours: 12 noon – 8 pm

Wednesday – Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm

Contact-Free Pickup

Reserve your book, CD, or DVD online, and have it ready for you to pick up safely during our contact-free pickup hours. Upon arrival, park in a numbered parking space with orange traffic cones by the flagpoles, call us at 210-650-1122, and provide your library card number. We will check out your items and place them on the table outside the entrance to your right.
